What your automation will do…

A connection to your Notion account is needed so we can sync it with our platform.
Refer to Notion – create a connection.
You can include between 1 and 255 Methods to build complex Flows.

Create Page Copy Link

This Method is used to create a new page that is a child of an existing page or database with or without content.

Configuration Table:

Input Options:

  • Input: Allows dynamic inputs, e.g., from a Trigger or from Step responses. Input tab>uncheck “Show recommended” to see all fields).
  • Default Value: You can specify a fixed attribute.
Name*Create Page
Connection*Select your connection or create one.

MAP FIELDS

Parent Page*:

Select the Parent page in a dynamic list.

Title*:

Title of the new Child page.

Icon (emoji):

Enter the icon of the new page. See Emoji object.

Cover (external url):

External link of the Child page cover. See File object.

Content:

The content to be rendered on the new page. See more details about page content, refer to Notion Block.

PDF (embed link):

PDF that has been embedded within a Notion page

Image (embed link):

The image must be directly hosted. In other words, the url cannot point to a service that retrieves the image. The following image types are supported:

tiff, bmp, gif, heic, jpeg, jpg, png, svg, tif.

Embed:

Embed block objects include information about another website displayed within the Notion UI.

Bulleted list:

Content*:

Enter text.

Delete Page Copy Link

This Method is used to archive a page, it does not support permanently deleting pages.

MATCHING CRITERIA

Page ID*:

Select the page to delete from a dynamic list.

MAP FIELDS

if not Found Consider as:

Success – When the record is not found during execution, the system does not treat this as an error. Instead, it considers the operation successful and continues with the workflow.

Failed – Wiresk treats this as an error or failure. The workflow stops or takes a predefined failure action.

This Method is used to find a page by providing it name or ID with an optional Condition logic “If not Found Consider as“.

Name or Identifier for a Notion page.

Update Page Copy Link

This Method is used to update any page Title, icon or cover.

Note:
▪️ Updating rollup property values is not supported.
▪️ A page’s parent cannot be changed.

Once your Flow is configured, you can test or automate it using the Run panel or by managing Triggers from the Flow Management screen.

  • Run Flow: Manually runs the Flow once using sample data. Ideal for testing logic and field mapping. See How to Run a Flow.
  • Run Scheduler: Force-runs the Trigger immediately using live input. This bypasses the recurrence rule and is useful for verifying real data mapping. Learn more in Wiresk Scheduler – The Fundamentals.

From the Trigger management panel (clock icon), you can:

  • Activate or deactivate Triggers
  • Force-run the scheduler
  • Copy Routing Keys (for HTTP Triggers)

If your Flow uses a Webhook Trigger, it runs automatically on each incoming webhook—no scheduler required. It remains active until you manually deactivate it.
