You can include between 1 and 255 Methods to build complex Flows.

Create a Row Record Copy Link

This Method creates a new row in a Kuration AI project.

Each new row acts as a research task, which Kuration AI processes to find and enrich company or contact data based on your input parameters.

When this Method runs, it sends your mapped data to a specific Chat/Project ID in Kuration AI. The Kuration AI engine then begins automated research using the provided fields (for example, company name, location, or job title).

Once the research is complete, the Get results Method can be used to retrieve enriched company and contact data linked to the returned Row ID.

Typical use case in Wiresk:

A Trigger (for example, from a form submission or CRM update) sends input data.
The Create a row record Method adds that input as a new research row in Kuration AI.
A later step (Get results) retrieves the completed research output once Kuration AI finishes processing.

Configuration Table:

Input Options (Field Mapping):

Input: Allows dynamic inputs, e.g., from a Trigger or from Step responses. Input tab>uncheck “Show recommended” to see all fields).
Default Value: Select value from a defined list or specify a fixed attribute.
Manual input: Set a custom value by using the Lightning Bold feature (⚡ icon).

MAP FIELDS

Chat/Project ID*

Identifies the Kuration AI project or chat in which the new row will be created.

You can map this dynamically from a previous step (for example, from a trigger or another app).

Field*

This section appears once a valid Chat/Project ID is selected. It defines the data columns to include in the new record.

Each field represents an input for the research, such as keywords, company name, or target criteria (industry, region, job title, etc.).
You can manually enter values or map data dynamically from a previous step in the Flow.

Get Results Copy Link

Fetches the processed and enriched data generated by Kuration AI.

When you add a row to a Kuration AI project, that row is processed automatically by Kuration AI’s data engine. Once the enrichment or discovery task completes, you can use Get results to fetch the structured output data related to that row.

Typical flow example:

Create a row record – sends research input to Kuration AI.
Wait or schedule (optional) – allows time for processing.
Get results – retrieves the completed research data.
Send to next step – for example, update CRM or export to Google Sheets.

Notes:

You can dynamically map the Row ID from the output of the previous Create a row record step.
The response structure depends on the Kuration AI project configuration and selected enrichment type (company, contact, or domain research).
If the status is still “processing,” Wiresk can recheck later using the same Method to get updated results.

The ID of the record created by the Create a row record Method. This identifies which research result to fetch.

Test and automate your Flow Copy Link

Once your Flow is configured, you can test or automate it using the Run panel or by managing Triggers from the Flow Management screen.

Run Flow: Manually runs the Flow once using sample data. Ideal for testing logic and field mapping. See How to Run a Flow.
Run Scheduler: Force-runs the Trigger immediately using live input. This bypasses the recurrence rule and is useful for verifying real data mapping. Learn more in Wiresk Scheduler – The Fundamentals.

From the Trigger management panel (clock icon), you can:

Activate or deactivate Triggers
Force-run the scheduler
Copy Routing Keys (for HTTP Triggers)

If your Flow uses a Webhook Trigger, it runs automatically on each incoming webhook—no scheduler required. It remains active until you manually deactivate it.
