if not Found Consider as*:

Success – When the record is not found during execution, the system does not treat this as an error. Instead, it considers the operation successful and continues with the workflow.

Failed – Wiresk treats this as an error or failure. The workflow stops or takes a predefined failure action.

MAP FIELDS

Form Info*:

The general information for a form.

Form title*:

The title of the form which is visible to responders.

Document Title*:

The form will be saved under that name in your drive.

Title*:

The item ID.

On creation, it can be provided but the ID must not be already used in the form. If not provided, a new ID is assigned.

Description:

The description of the item.

Question item:

Poses a question to the user.

⚠️ Important: Set only 1 type of question for 1 question item.

Required:

True – False

Whether the question must be answered in order for a respondent to submit their response.

Choice Question:

A radio/checkbox/dropdown question.

Type*:

The type of choice question:

  • Radio – allows selecting one option from a set of predefined choices. 
  • Checkbox – multiple-choice question where user can select more than one answer from a list of options. 
  • Dropdown – list of predefined answer options in a drop-down menu. 

Options*:

List of options that a respondent must choose from.

Value*:

The choice as presented to the user.

Option to allow respondents to write their own answer if none of the provided choices are suitable.

Currently only applies to RADIO and CHECKBOX choice types.

  • SUBMIT FORM – Submit form immediately.

Shuffle:

True – False

Whether the options should be displayed in random order for different instances of the quiz. This is often used to prevent cheating by respondents who might be looking at another respondent’s screen, or to address bias in a survey that might be introduced by always putting the same options first or last.

Text Question:

A respondent can enter a free text response.

Paragraph:

Whether the question is a paragraph question or not. If not, the question is a short text question.

Scale Question:

The user has a range of numeric values to choose from.

Low*:

The lowest possible value for the scale.

High*:

The highest possible value for the scale.

The label to display describing the lowest point on the scale.

High Label:

The label to display describing the highest point on the scale.

Date Question:

Date questions default to just month + day.

Include Time:

Whether to include the time as part of the question.

Include Year:

True – False

Whether to include the year as part of the question.

Time Question:

It allows respondents to enter a specific time. 

If you need to know an exact time (for example, preferred meeting time), use the “Time” question. 

If you need to know how long something takes (for example, commute time), use the “Duration” option.

true if the question is about an elapsed time. Otherwise it is about a time of day.

Row Question:

Configuration for a question that is part of a question group.

Title*:

The title for the single row.

Width:

Sets media display width (0-740 pixels). It scales to fit the form’s width while maintaining the aspect ratio. If not provided, it uses the source’s width. 0 or unspecified width is only valid when updating the media source.

Item options:

Select Item Options type:

  • Text Item: allows you to insert text or instructions within your form. The “Text item” helps providing context, giving instructions, or adding additional information. You can use the “Text” option to add headings, descriptions or any other text content you want to include between questions or sections. 
  • Page Break: Lets you divide your form into multiple pages. Each page can contain one or more questions.The title and description of this item are shown at the top of the new page.

Image item:

An item containing an image.

The source URI is the URI used to insert the image. The source URI can be empty when fetched.

Item Index to Update*:

The index of an item in the form. This must be in the range [0..N], where N is the number of items in the form.

Use “Get a Form” Method to list items → the array order gives you the indexes.

In this case:

  • The item at index 0 is item1
  • The item at index 1 is item2

So if you want to update an item, you’d use Item Index to Update : 1.

Once your Flow is configured, you can test or automate it using the Run panel or by managing Triggers from the Flow Management screen.

  • Run Flow: Manually runs the Flow once using sample data. Ideal for testing logic and field mapping. See How to Run a Flow.
  • Run Scheduler: Force-runs the Trigger immediately using live input. This bypasses the recurrence rule and is useful for verifying real data mapping. Learn more in Wiresk Scheduler – The Fundamentals.

From the Trigger management panel (clock icon), you can:

  • Activate or deactivate Triggers
  • Force-run the scheduler
  • Copy Routing Keys (for HTTP Triggers)

If your Flow uses a Webhook Trigger, it runs automatically on each incoming webhook—no scheduler required. It remains active until you manually deactivate it.
