The journey begins with creating an account, providing access to the Wiresk platform. After signing up, users gain access to the tools and features necessary to manage and streamline their Workflows.

Create your Wiresk Account here.

Once logged in, users (especially admins) can create groups to organize and manage their users and Flows. Groups serve as a central hub for collaborative Flow management.

Default Group: Upon account creation, users are automatically assigned to a “default group,” which can be renamed to suit organizational needs.

Advanced Group Features (Pro Plan or Higher):

User Assignment: Assign users to specific Flows to control access and editing permissions.

Flow Organization: Group related Flows together for better management and visibility.

Permission Management: Define who can create, edit, and view Flows within the group.

Before building a Flow, users need to create connections to their external systems or data sources. These connections form the backbone of data integration within Wiresk.

Examples of supported connections include:

Connections enable seamless data exchange between Wiresk and external systems.

Flows define the sequence of actions that Wiresk will perform. They allow users to visualize, design, and execute data processes step by step.

Flows cater to a wide range of use cases, enabling users to manage day-to-day data wiring tasks efficiently.

Features:

A maximum of 255 steps per Flow ensures users can design comprehensive and complex processes.

Triggers and methods bring Flows to life by defining when and how the operations occur:

  • Triggers: Specify the events that start a Flow (e.g., a new record in Salesforce or a status update in Jira).
  • Methods: Define the actions to perform at each step of the Flow (e.g., update a record, send a notification).

Triggers and methods make Flows dynamic, automating tasks and reducing manual effort.
