You will need to analyze your usage pattern and requirements first.
1. Identify your Requirements:
Determine how many workflows you will need to set up.
Identify how often each of your workflows will be triggered (daily, hourly).
Evaluate the number of Methods (steps or actions) in each of your workflow.
Determine if your workflows will run synchronously or asynchronously (refer to glossary)
2. Calculate the Credit Usage
Determine the credits consumed per execution. We charge 1 credit for a Flow that runs asynchronously, 2 credits for a Flow that will runs synchronously).
Multiply the number of workflows by the frequency of executions to get the total number of executions per month.
Multiply the total number of executions by the credits consumed per execution to get the estimation of your credit usage.
3. Compare Plans
Look at our available plans and their limits in terms of credits
Compare the cost of each plan against the estimated credit usage to find the most cost-effective option.
Take in consideration a potential evolution and growth in your usage

Example Estimation:

Identify your Requirements:
10 workflows
Each workflow triggers 100 times a day
Each workflow has 3 steps and runs asynchronously

Calculate your Credit Usage:
Credits per Execution: 1 credit (asynchronous)
Total Executions per Month: 10 workflows x 100 times/day x 30 days = 30,000 executions
Total Credits per Month: 30,000 executions x 1 credit = 30,000 credits
